Soul Serenity Welcome to Soul Serenity. My name is Carolyn. I'm based in Christchurch, where I offer a heart-led space for natural healing and spiritual awakening.

I'm excited to work with you. I'm someone who's walked through burnout, soul searching and deep personal shifts- and came out the other side with a passion for helping others do the same. I believe in the power of energy work, honest self-reflection, and creating safe spaces for people to reconnect with themselves. It’s been a little quiet from me lately… life has brought some big changes.

I’ve recently moved to Christchurch and have been settling into a new space, creating my study, and slowly building the next chapter of Soul Serenity.

There’s something both exciting and vulnerable about starting fresh in a new city — new people, new energy, new beginnings.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be reconnecting with my work in:
Soul-Centered Counselling
Reiki & healing sessions
Spiritual support & guidance
Workshops and online offerings
