Are you brushing and flossing the right way?
Taking care of your teeth isn’t just about doing it daily — it’s about doing it correctly!
Brushing tips:
• Hold your brush at a 45° angle to your gums
• Use gentle circular motions (no hard scrubbing!)
• Clean all surfaces — front, back, and chewing areas
• Don’t forget your tongue
• Brush for 2–3 minutes, twice a day
Flossing tips:
• Use enough floss (about 18 inches)
• Gently slide between teeth
• Curve into a “C” shape around each tooth
• Clean under the gumline, not just between teeth
• Floss once daily
