Appointment times available out side of hours by arrangement. Equipment and items for sale and can be ordered. These include tape, massage cream, swiss balls and braces.

🧘 Pilates is coming to Body Wise Physio!

We're excited to launch Pilates classes as a trial, starting Tuesday 1st September, 9–10am.

This is a soft start — just one small, personal class to begin with, capped at 6 people for plenty of individual attention.

Tamara, our Polestar Pilates tutor, will run an Introductory 4-week block starting Tuesday 1st September, followed by a full 10-week block from October 15th.

💰 $20 per class ($15 Gold Card/CSC)

We have been having some cracker cool mornings these last few weeks. Gorgeous days! But can be cold for our muscles and bones. We have our new stock of wheatpacks in 3 Section $25, 4 section square $30 and Jumbo 6 section $35.

Great for those aches and pains especially for necks and backs but can be used on different body parts as well! Contact us if you want to purchase
