Hey West Coasters,

Did you know we have two practitioners working Fridays at Integrated Health Care and one of them is even a born and bred West Coaster (well… first generation, so we’ll let you decide if that counts 😉).

So if you’re heading into Christchurch for the weekend, why not start your weekend away with a treatment? A little tune-up after the drive over the hill and before a busy weekend in the city never hurts.

Meet Bec

We’re so happy to welcome Bec to the team at Integrated Health Care.

Bec brings with her a wealth of life experience, including 20 years as a Social Worker, which has shaped the way she cares for people, with empathy, understanding, and a truly holistic approach. She recognises that our bodies are deeply connected to our everyday lives, stress, and experiences.

Alongside her career, Bec and her husband spent 10 years sharemilking, raising a family and working hard together, giving her a real appreciation for the physical and emotional demands many families juggle every day.

From babies to older adults, Bec enjoys helping people of all ages, so you might see everyone from our littlest patients to our wisest visitors in with her!
