Following on from our Crystalline Waters — Purification & Flow, we now journey deeper into the ocean...

Into the depths where we are welcomed by the playful, joyful energy of the dolphins and guided towards the ancient wisdom of the whales. 🐬🐋

Through sound, vibration, frequency and guided visualisation, we will connect with these beautiful ocean beings and open ourselves to their messages of wisdom, love, protection, connection and remembering.

The whales' ancient songs and sonar vibrations become light — awakening codes within us and reminding us:

🌍 Earth is our home.
🌊 We are connected to the waters.
💙 We are connected to all living things.

This is a 30-minute guided meditation, followed by a sound journey and then Leticia holds space so you can dive deeper, to gently integrate, receive and connect.

✨ I CALL MY POWER BACK

There comes a moment when we choose to consciously release what no longer belongs to us.

Today, I honour my ancestral lineage — and I lovingly acknowledge all contracts, agreements, vows, bindings, energetic documents and unconscious patterns that may have travelled through my ancestral DNA and lineage.

From this moment forward, I declare them dissolved.
Cancelled.
Revoked.
Released.

Anything that does not serve my highest good, my soul, my life or my future is no longer mine to carry.

I release the weight of generations before me.
I release the stories that were never mine.
I release the patterns, promises and agreements that I did not consciously choose.

✨ I call my power back.
✨ I call my energy back.
✨ I reclaim myself.
✨ I choose freedom.

With love and reverence for those who came before me, I honour their journeys — while choosing to walk my own.

What ends with me does not need to continue through me.

✨ A Journey Back to Myself

Being away on retreat has given me the space to breathe, feel, listen and simply be.

Dancing. 🌀
Drumming. 🥁
Singing. 🎶
Meditation. 🧘‍♀️
Prayer. 🪶
And beautiful moments shared with quality people who uplift, inspire and hold space.

And then visiting Crystal Mountain with my friends and being surrounded by such incredible, high-frequency vibrational crystals was truly something special. ✨💎

I feel as though this time away has allowed me to rise… and then gently settle back down, deep within myself.

To process.
To release.
To reconnect.
To receive.
To listen to what is beneath the noise.

Sometimes we need to step away from everything familiar so we can hear ourselves again.

I’m feeling deeply grateful for this experience, for the people I have shared it with, and for the beautiful energy that surrounds me.

Now I’m looking forward to coming home, grounding back into my own space… and, of course, seeing my beautiful puppies. 🐾

With a full heart and a renewed spirit, I return.

Creating space to breathe, reconnect and come home to ourselves is a journey on infinity♾️

The moment these bowls begin to sing, the whole space feels different… the vibrations, the frequencies, the resonance — it’s simply beautiful. 🌿✨

I love creating a space where we can slow down, breathe, release, and allow these healing sounds to move through us.

🎶 Sound is vibration.
💫 Vibration is energy.
🤍 And energy can create such a beautiful sense of peace and connection.

I’m so excited to bring these gorgeous new crystal bowls into my Sound Healing & Guided Meditation sessions and share their frequencies with you.

✨️Morning Ritual | Honouring the Sacred✨️

Each morning, before the day begins, I take a moment to return to myself. 🌿✨

I cleanse my space with intention, clearing away anything that no longer needs to remain and making room for peace, clarity and connection.

I honour the Creator, giving gratitude for another day, for the breath within me, for Mother Earth beneath my feet and for the guidance that surrounds me.

I honour the Four Directions:

🌅 East — the place of the rising sun, new beginnings, inspiration and illumination.

🌞 South — the warmth of the sun, passion, growth, joy and the energy of life.

🌄 West — the place of reflection, transformation, release and going within.

🌌 North — wisdom, grounding, strength and the quiet teachings of the Earth.

And I honour the Four Elements:

🔥 Fire — for transformation and passion.
💧 Water — for cleansing, healing and flow.
🌬️ Air — for breath, thought and spirit.
🌍 Earth — for grounding, nourishment and connection.

Then I sit quietly.

I breathe.

I listen.

I allow my meditation to become a meeting place between myself, the Earth and the sacred energy that surrounds us.

This is more than simply cleansing a room.

It is cleansing the energy.

It is setting intention.

It is remembering who I am.

And beginning the day with gratitude, presence and an open heart. 🤍
