Many of my clients know that I live with multiple chronic autoimmune and medical conditions. Most days I manage well, but occasionally I may need to reschedule an appointment if my health unexpectedly flares.

And that is why Shadeofgrey Cottage is a home-based business; there are occasions when I need to move an appointment at short notice. Please know this is never a decision I make lightly.

I value your time, your trust, and the effort you make to attend your appointment. If I ever need to reschedule, it is simply because I want to ensure that when you arrive at the Cottage, I am able to provide the quality of care and attention that you deserve.
