She's not been a well cat for a couple of years, and today is her last day on this earth, with at home euthanasia ocurring this evening.
To commemorate, today at Christchurch Chiropractic is a Koha day, with 100% of takings being donated to Cats Protection League Canterbury - NZ

It's not easy, talking about problems in your profession.
I care about patient care.
I put the patient first, what is best for them is front and centre.
Which is probably why people find me a bit different to other chiros they might have seen, and why 'cracking stuff' is only one part of what I do. That approach is why I'm as booked up as I am.

There are other good chiros out there, along with chiros who rely on quite a different business model.
And it's time to say something.

How often do you need to see a chiro? Do you need to spend $2000 up front and somehow manage to find the time for three visits a week?

Today is a Koha Day at Christchurch Chiropractic. It actually falls on the second anniversary of the day these began, and the 12th anniversary of the February Christchurch earthquake.
All payments today will be donated to the Hawkes Bay Disaster Relief Trust.

It's not just the Hawkes Bay which was affected, however this region has meaning to me personally, with many wineries and vineyards, along with the Zeelandt Brewery in Eskdale, having been particularly affected by this event.

I knew it was going to be bad for their brewery given the location, but the pictures, below and in the links in the comments, are just utterly mind boggling. Removing 2 metres of silt around the brewery and 1.5m of silt around their home is just the start for them.
