Introducing....Emily! Emily is a Level 5 Massage Therapist with over 7 years of work experience in Oregon, USA, and Wellington, NZ. She is formally trained in TCM Shiatsu Massage and brings whole-body integration to every treatment. She is available Wednesday-Sunday at BodyCentral.

While working in Oregon, she worked at a Motor Vehicle Collision Rehab Clinic as an acute injury therapist with a team of Chiropractic doctors. Then moved to Wellington and worked in the CBD, providing relaxation massage and deep tissue treatment for busy city professionals, marathon runners, and triathletes.

Over the years, Emily has refined her practice as a fusion of TCM and Western modalities. She focuses on relieving stress postures by realigning soft tissues, mobilizing joints, and optimising circulation for energised recovery. Emily specialises in injury or overuse recovery through Neuromuscular Therapy, Meridian Acupressure, Myofascial Release and Relaxation Massage. She aims to gently release any stress postures and reset pain patterns to create balanced movement, so your daily movements serve as your medicine and joy.

Introducing....Kim
Kim is a qualified remedial massage therapist, graduating in Sydney in 2014. She has since worked internationally in Australia, Finland, the Netherlands, and New Zealand, bringing a broad range of experience to her practice.

Her treatments combine remedial massage with deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation work. Kim enjoys supporting clients with chronic tension, postural discomfort, stress, and general muscle aches, and she tailors each session to suit individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

☀️ Let’s talk about your feet and calves (and maybe your shins, runner beans).
They’re working overtime now that the sun’s out — with friends around Hagley or up in the hills, maybe walking to work, still squeezing into climbing shoes or cleats, chasing dogs or kids or dreams. A leg and foot massage keeps you active and your step light.
