Meet Claire Flavell, our Talk Time Online facilitator for Gentle Fridays: Te Ara Wāhine. A gentle, supportive space for people who identify as women wanting to reduce harm associated with alcohol and other drug use. Through connection, shared kōrero, and practical education, we build trust, strengthen wellbeing, and empower women to make informed choices at their own pace, without judgment.

New series starts Friday 17th July at 10.00am, and runs online every Friday for six-weeks.

Everyone is welcome and you can join any week!
