Earlier this year, I was guided to step into holding group regression sessions. Anyone who knows me professionally knows that I used to totally dislike group regression sessions for several reasons, but spirit kept pointing me in this direction. Somewhere along the way, I must have jumped onboard with the idea, and slowly over a few months, I created a current life and past life workshop session.
My biggest objection to group work was safety. How do I keep people safe on their journey when I cannot communicate with them one-on-one? What if they need to ask me a question? How do I know if they have drifted off course, or if they are even on a journey at all?
My lovely teacher, Dawn Grace Kelly, always told us during our training to set a strong intention that the session will be a success, and that ultimately, it comes down to utter trust. And trust is exactly what I had to do.
I stepped out of my comfort zone, along with twelve others I was to guide in that session. I am always so proud of these people and the courage it takes to surrender to the practice of regression work. The session flowed beautifully, and as we wrapped up, I started to get excited to hear how the experience had gone for everyone.
Wow, wow, wow, the feedback blew my mind! I was absolutely delighted to hear how much everyone loved the experience; their journeys yielded so much detailed information and clarity. There were happy tears of connection and profound breakthroughs. Some were surprised they were even able to regress at all, let alone connect with themselves on such a deep level. What made me most proud was seeing them link these past experiences to their current lives, allowing them to take those lessons forward into their everyday lives.
I am now in the full swing of holding regular workshop sessions, and it is now one of my favorite parts of my work.
This Sunday I’m holding another workshop, come explore your story, come explore this space…
