Traits of an empath:
You have a high level of emotional intelligence, meaning you understand emotions and know how to work with them. You often feel the urge to fix everyone.
Your ability to listen actively and give your full attention without rushing to judgment or interrupting is impressive. You have heightened hearing, enabling you to perceive not just the words spoken but also their depth, tone, meaning, and the emotions behind them. Once you grasp the feelings and emotions of others, you know how to categorise that information in your own emotional filing cabinet.
Your empath abilities are always active, which means you continuously tune in to emotions and energies that others might not notice. This can lead some people to perceive you as standoffish or judgmental, as if you think you are superior. They may also see you as a loner who keeps their distance or even rejects others.
Being an empath can significantly enhance your career, regardless of your position in society. You are likely to excel in your role because you can adapt to the different personalities of your colleagues and those around you, much like a chameleon. Your intuitive ability allows you to recognise which colleagues to observe, enabling you to anticipate their next moves effectively.

They are home to most of Earth’s biodiversity and are the primary source of protein for more than a billion people globally. Oceans play a crucial role in our daily lives, and it's important that we change our perspective on how we see and care for them.
