Originally from Herrsching am Ammersee, Germany, Tillman came to Mana planning to stay for three weeks - but that quickly turned into eight.

"Working at Mana never felt like work. It felt like being part of a thriving community, where I learned new skills, formed lifelong friendships and grew in ways I never expected. I leave feeling both energized and deeply calm and I'm incredibly grateful for everyone I met along the way. I already look forward to returning one day."
