Our McConnel 8085T hedge-cutter has a mulching head to keep the mess to a minimum as the machine mulches the clippings at the same time and fires them directly into the hedge. Can top hedges up to 8m (Depending on the hedge width and accessibility). Higher can be done with our saw blade attachment. Before and after of a recent job. This is what 5+ years of un-topped growth looks like. That mess is just from the top and only one half of that top. The same amount again is on the otherside of the hedge. We topped 3 of their hedges and put it into 10 good sized burn piles

If you've ever been interested in what Andrews perspective of the saw blades are, this video shows it well. They are 9m in the air and each saw blade is 800mm in diameter. It's bloody hard on his neck and body having to be twisted looking up and watching these.
