19kg gone for Kees Whiti in our second fat loss phase 🔥

Kees has been a part of the team for over 4 years now making him a true OG. He’s cut, bulked, cut again and now we’ve sailed incredibly smoothly into a maintenance phase where he’s eating almost 3500 calories daily.

One of the great perks of working together for so long? Knowing his body and how it responds to different foods, training, cardio etc. This cut truly was a breeze.

He’s a workhorse who does whatever it takes to tick the boxes day in and day out (with a cheeky dessert here and there).

18kg well and truly gone for Rick Rotor 😤🔥

Richie initially joined our first challenge of the year back in Feb to lose a few kilos.

Fast forward six weeks and he was over 10kg lighter and crowned the challenge champion 🏆

Fast forward another eight weeks and we reached an overall 18kg loss and had a smooth transition into his maintenance phase where he now not only maintains his new weight but is getting stronger and can eat whatever he likes.

Richie you’re a legend and an inspiration to others, I’m stoked to have been a part of this stage in your life.

Our YF 8 Week Challenge winners Maia Kauika & Tarati Rangiuia 🏆🏆

For the first time ever I truly wasn’t able to pick one clear winner..

Maia and Tarati were both hesitant jumping on board for their own reasons but both mum’s wanted to make change for themselves with their kids as motivation.

They not only realised they were capable of much more than they initially thought but they exceeded their expectations massively, losing over 16kg between them 🤯

They both gave full effort from day one, even on the tougher days when it would’ve been easy to quit.

We saw huge improvements in their food habits, water intake and their overall movement.

You both deserved to win and I couldn’t be prouder of the progress you made in such a short time.
