Update 9:05am: Good news! KiwiRail has cleared the train that was blocking Grey Street. The road is open again. Please continue to drive safe.

A train has broken down in the Claudelands area and is currently blocking Grey Street in Hamilton East.

We’ve been advised it is likely to remain in place until after 9am.

Please:
• Avoid the area if possible
• Expect delays
• Use alternative routes where you can

We’ll share an update as soon as the situation is cleared.

🔧 Practice Update: Roof Repairs in Progress

Just a quick heads-up that we’ll be having some roof repair work done at the practice over the next few weeks.

We’ll remain open and operating as usual, but you may notice a little extra noise or minor disruption during your visit.

We are very excited to introduce our new GP Dr Hans Claassen. Hans was born and raised in the Netherlands. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2016, having gained valuable experience in the Emergency and Psychiatric Departments, before completing his General Practice training.
