Can you twist far enough to grab your seatbelt? 🤔
If checking your blind spot feels like a full-body operation, then this one’s for you.
Most people fake the twist. Hips swing, shoulders shrug, neck cranes… and the spine barely moves.
So I lock the hips. 🔒
Now the rotation has to come from where it actually counts, your spine.
It’s a sneaky variation of “Threading the Needle stretch” and it exposes exactly how much real rotation you’ve got.
