People ask me why they'd choose an independent clinic over a chain.

Easiest way to answer it is this - I've run into patients on the street and been able to call them by name. Not because I'm good with faces, but because I actually know them.

That's what independent means. More time with you. The same face every appointment.

Hearing aids sounding muffled, tinny, or just… off?

Before you book in, five things worth checking:
1. Blocked microphone or speaker
2. Speaker length + dome size
3. Moisture (more common than you'd think)
4. When was your last hearing test?
5. Still not right? Book a device diagnostic

Bring them in and I'll get them sounding the way they should.

Sometimes it has. Often, though, it's just moisture sitting inside the device. 💧

That's what this machine is for. Redux pulls it out properly and a lot of aids I'm handed for repair walk out working.

Itchy ears sound like a small thing. Until they're driving you mad.

Usually it's dryness, wax build-up, irritation or eczema and the fix is normally simple.
What isn't simple is the damage a cotton bud or hair pin can do.
Scratching creates micro-breaks in the skin, and that's how infections start.

Itchy for more than a few days? Pop in and I'll take a look.
