We’re at the halfway point of the year, and what an exciting journey it has been so far.

Our Niugen leaders have explored important values that will help them grow as individuals while also empowering them to be positive role models within their respective schools.

Along the way, they have also built new friendships and enjoyed participating in fun activities and events with students from other schools, creating lasting memories and meaningful connections.

Block-2 is coming to an end. Our leaders have been amazing!

Special mention to Niugen leaders; Johan, Henry and Taimi on their Ohu Whakaihuwaka award this term at Te Whai Hiringa. And Ayana & Aleila on receiving the senior Taonga award at Flaxmere Primary.

On top of that, there has been some great feedback from schools of many Niugen and Savali leaders breaking up fights, cleaning up their school grounds, and many who demonstrate our values of respect, integrity, courage and commitment both in and out of class. Keep up the awesome mahi!

We look forward to our end-of-term Niugen and Savali event this Saturday 4th July with guest speaker Folau Fakatava - represented the All blacks and is currently playing for the Highlanders and our local Hawkes bay magpies.

What an awesome wrap up to our Atamai Holiday Program! 🙌

We were blessed to have a special guest speaker come in and share some valuable knowledge with our tamariki around assets vs liabilities 💡 planting seeds for a strong financial future.

Of course, learning always comes with fun, and we made sure there was plenty of that too! 😄 From laughs to lightbulb moments, it’s been an amazing time all round.

So proud of our tamariki and all they’ve taken in this week ❤️
