Face Massage - 60 minute routine.

I’m putting together a small, hands-on training for women who want to learn a beautiful face massage routine that you can confidently incorporate into your current practice or use on family and friends.

No fluff. No course filler. Evidence-informed, no big claims - just solid work that gets results and saves your hands. Clients LOVE it.

What’s included:

• Neck, jaw and face massage
• External jaw work
• Simple 60-min routine
• Slower techniques that don’t burn your hands out
• Head massage / hair pulls
• Lymphatic drainage
• Clear anatomy so you know what you are working on.
• I'll also teach you to make a simple organic face oil you can use in your practice.
• Certificate of completion
• Course handbook to take home for your future referral.

About me:

I’ve been working in clinical massage practice since 2007.

I'm trained in sports massage, oncology massage, therapeutic massage, jaw & fascial release massage, buccal massage, face massage, feet reflexology and also brainspotting therapy. I also formulate and make my own skincare.

This training is based on what actually works in practice - not just what looks good on socials.

Back in my happy place in my skincare studio today.

I'm extracting oil from the comfrey plants we grew this summer.

One of the traditional names for comfrey was knitbone. This was because for centuries people believed it could help "knit" bones, wounds and tissues together. Traditional herbalists (disclaimer: I am not one) used the plant externally for things like broken bones, fracture, bruises, sprains, strains and swollen joints.

I use comfrey oil in Monique's Magnesium Cream. This cream also contains magnesium, organic castor oil, organic shea butter, eucalyptus, peppermint, camphor and other beautiful botanicals. It is a cream - not an oily balm.

If you are in the market for an easily absorbed magnesium cream that does not sting, burn, feel gritty or greasy - you should try mine.

You'll just have to be patient though. I've sold out!

This weekend was a full-circle moment as I stepped into teaching and started passing on some of the knowledge I have gathered from thousands of hours working with clients. Not because I know everything (none of us do) but because experience is meant to be shared.

I am so grateful for the women, teachers and mentors who have shared their knowledge with me over the years. The ones who encouraged me, challenged me and held the door open instead of closing it behind them. Those people have helped shaped the therapist I became.

I want to be the kind of teacher I was lucky enough to have. Someone who encourages, supports and helps others grow.

I believe that there is room for all of us.

Read that again.

Another woman becoming skilled, confident and successful doesn’t take anything away from anyone else. It makes our industry stronger.

Here’s to learning, evolving and always keeping the door open for the next girl walking through. ❤️
