I've been thinking about professional ethics lately.

For me, a referral means something. When I recommend a person, practitioner, business or event, I'm lending them a little of the trust my clients place in me. I take that seriously. It took me 20 years of hard work to build a trusted reputation in business. I won't sell out.

If something doesn't sit right, I won't continue to refer, promote or endorse it.

If I wouldn't send someone I love there, I'm not sending my clients there either.

I made a few big decisions today as I navigate the next chapter of my business.

From today, my skincare products will only be available through my stockists or directly from my treatment room. I know this may disappoint some of you, and I truly appreciate everyone who has supported my little online store over the years.

As my work continues to evolve, I'm choosing to simplify and focus my time where it has the greatest impact - looking after my clients, teaching and making space for some exciting opportunities ahead.

Thank you, as always, for supporting this small New Zealand business. I can't wait to share what's next.

My first week at 102 Queen Street was amazing. Everything flowed and the room is just gorgeous.
