Meet Emily, our new Pilates instructor teaching Wednesday mornings ✨

Her classes are inclusive, energetic, and guided by breath, creating a space where you can arrive exactly as you are - no judgement. Leave feeling supported and grounded. Emily’s style blends dynamic movement with mindful moments, often finishing with a deep, restorative stretch set to something mellow (think Sam Garrett vibes🎶).

With a background shaped by her own post-partum journey and work with many mums, Emily’s approach has evolved beyond just the physical. She’s passionate about helping people carve out time for themselves, using breath-led movement to support both body and nervous system.

Post-class? You’ll likely find her enjoying a coconut cappuccino followed by a ceremonial cacao ☕🌿 Welcome Emily!
