Welcome to Friday and a sneak peak at our treatment room.

We offer up card readings and also provide energy healing treatments.

Over 30 plus years walking the path of a witch, healer, practitioner.

I've done several modalities of healing workshops, wānanga, trainings, even traveled to Australia to do some craniosacral trainings. I've done reiki classes, Mirimiri/Romiromi wānanga and no disrespect to any of the multiple trainings I've done. The one thing that EVERY modality has in common is ENERGY.

So let's take things back to basics, keep it simple and focus on your own growth.

Gosh thats a lot that came out of my mouth for this post.

What's the mood leading up to our full moon?

Let's talk about some of our outdated habits we're wanting to let go of.

Without being aware of it, my certain thoughts and behaviors are shifting and I'm thinking thats a good thing.

I'm letting go of the things that no longer bring me joy. So I've started clearing things out of our house, letting go of old stagnant energies.

I've started putting my hands in the soil and becoming more creative.

Life is ever changing and isn't it great to transform ourselves like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly.

While I've been in low energy mode I've been repotting some of my plants.

I harvested some lavender many months ago and let it to dry naturally. She's now all dry and ready for use.

My kawakawa plant wasn't happy so its in a bigger pot with a hit of some loving nutrients to make it happy.

Planted my miniature rose bushes, don't forget I'm a novice to this type of thing.

Spending time in our garden getting it prepped for planting is a new habit I've been getting into since 2023. I'm still learning 😌

What you do when you body is in "low energy mode" and you're not feeling your best.

You get out in nature and get yourself grounded again.

Self care means putting yourself first and taking care of your needs FIRST.

Thats what I'm doing at the moment.

So excited to be back focusing on the other half of our business.

Life has a way of spinning us off into different directions.

Mōrena Team Witchy,

On our public holiday of Matariki in Aotearoa New Zealand for some reason, I felt compelled to share this today.

This is one of my favorite paintings "which/witch" gives a fantastic depiction of what living in your own power looks like.

Being fully aware of the power of our craft.

I'll let that sink in for a moment.

This is how we work when we're doing our creations for people.

We fear nothing for we're in our ultimate power.

When doing our creations for customers it is them and their intentions that we give thought to.

This painting says it all.

This past month I've been up early most mornings, waking anytime between 1am - 5am.

Strangely enough, I've not felt drained or overly tired throughout my day.

No doubt that will pass and before you know it, I'll be a washed out exhausted mess in a few days 🧙🧙‍♀️🧙🧙‍♀️

Where's my energy at? WELL I'm ready for the pre Spring clean out.

I'm busy letting go of things that no longer serve me. Decluttering our home(big job) 😅🤣😂

Our TV cabinet got moved out yesterday. Who knows what today will bring.

Anywho she's a Capricorn Full Moon and guess whose a Capi. YES you guessed correctly. I'm a Capricorn ruled by Saturn.

She's a tough life being a Capi, always thinking we know best or that we're always right lol. Wake up Capi, other peoples opinions matter too.

But hey, we ain't all bad or are we?????

With that said, happy happy full moon vibes everyone. Enjoy your day.
