If you need to know how just hollah and I will send you instructions, a video, or I even help you do it! 🌹💐

I dream of a time when we honour the land, the ocean, and the living world around us every day living in sync with Mather nature…..if I could jump into the screen, I sooo would! 🌺

This is a little bit of a ramble 😂

Every couple of months I sit with the fact that we need more spiritual development opportunities in Southland!
Perhaps even some sort of “ Spiritual Church”
But it’s a big kaupapa!
I really love being able to teach and I feel a great responsibility to pass on my own knowledge and support anybody wanting to move into this space!
I also love it so much…..watching my students flourish in the world fills me with butterflies!

I created a group called The Vine Southland… thinking that it would be like a vine of light and magic that intertwined to all parts of our community sharing knowledge, light and love.
But I didn’t really kick off the way and I thought.

I would like to give it another go, and I think it’s safest done as a collective.
I don’t know how to explain this, but I just don’t really like it when there is leaders involved in these sorts of kaupapa.
Or even anybody perceived to be as a leader, I don’t even like being called a teacher!

I would love to take any suggestions from our community because I feel like I just haven’t 100% got the way forward here and maybe I’m not supposed to figure it out on my own.

I want us to be able to have circles, deep spiritual development and healing opportunities, for us to all facilitate for each other, build each other up, and bring facilitators from other places.

If this inspires anything within you please let me know!
- it would be helpful for me to know what you are seeking
- Perhaps if you have some knowledge you would like to share how that’s best done
- Really anything that comes to mind I would love to hear it!

I really want all this puzzle pieces to come together so we can create something really beautiful in our community!
Something accessible - something safe!

Please share your thoughts!

Mauri ora !

For the last two years I’ve had a yearly card spread done by Pixie Well, and I honestly feel like I’d be gatekeeping if I didn’t share this.

Every single detail has unfolded in one way or another. She is extremely specific write down to who what where why how.
Some of it has been beautiful, some of it has been really challenging… but the level of detail has genuinely blown me away.

What I’ve loved most is that when the harder moments have arrived, I’ve often found myself thinking, “That’s right… this was in my reading.” Instead of feeling completely blindsided, it reminds me that this is part of my journey, and I meet it with a little more trust and a lot less fear.

It’s also given me the opportunity to put supports in place ahead of time for some of the things that were coming, which has been incredibly empowering!

If you’ve ever thought about getting a yearly reading, I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you, Pixie, for sharing your gift so generously. ✨💛

Pixie Well, massage therapy, reiki, manual lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, tuning fork therapy, cranio sacral therapy, Rongōa Māori (MiriMiri, RomoRomi), fortune telling by card reading, yoga, pilates and dance classes in Gore, New Zealand.

Ruaumoko has spoken. 🤎

I’ll be honest… earthquakes give me the heebie-jeebies! 😅
They’re one of those things that remind me just how little control we really have, maybe that’s part of why they can feel so unsettling.
I’m sure we have some activated nervous systems today!

On the other hand, I like to think earthquakes are a reminder that the Earth is alive. She shifts, releases, settles, and finds her balance again.

In one well-known Māori telling, Ruaumoko is the atua of earthquakes, volcanoes, and the ever-changing Earth.
He is the youngest child of Ranginui and Papatūānuku. When his parents were separated, Ruaumoko remained close to his mother, and his movements within her are felt as earthquakes.
Like all pūrākau, this story has different versions across different iwi, each carrying its own wisdom and meaning.

As humans, we’re not so different from Papatūānuku. Our bodies also hold stress, emotion, grief, and tension.
If we never give ourselves opportunities to release it, it can build beneath the surface.

So today, maybe take a moment to check in with yourself.

✨ A simple grounding practice:
Place both feet firmly on the floor or the earth.
Take three slow, deep breaths, allowing your exhale to be longer than your inhale.
Gently shake your hands, arms, shoulders, legs, and hips for 30–60 seconds. Let your body move however it wants to.
Finish with one hand on your heart and one on your puku, and simply notice how you feel.
If that doesn’t work. Perhaps in body that earthquake energy and stomp around a bit!

Just as the Earth releases pressure to find balance, we can also create moments to soften, breathe, and let go of some of what we’ve been carrying.

Take gentle care of yourselves today, and of each other. 🤎

If part of your Matariki intentions was to spend some time working on yourself, this could be just what you need.

We’re offering a no-obligation taster session next week, so you can come along, experience the group, and see if it feels like the right fit for you.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. It’s such a privilege to facilitate this kind of work, and witnessing the growth, healing, and confidence people discover within themselves is something I never take for granted.

We’d love to have you join us.

It’s not often I get asked for gift vouchers for children. 🥰

It’s such an honour to be trusted with people’s greatest treasures. Every child deserves to feel safe, nurtured, and cared for, so it only felt right that these vouchers were presented in a way that captured a little bit of that magic too. ✨

Every time someone places that trust in me, I never take it for granted. I thank the atua every single day for allowing me to do this mahi and for the privilege of walking alongside people, big and small, on their healing journey. 💚

If you know a Capricorn, you know…

They don’t just dream about the life they want. They build it. Patiently. Intentionally. One grounded step at a time!

That’s the energy of this Capricorn Full Moon.

It’s less about letting go and more about anchoring into the future you’re creating. Choosing the long game. Trusting the process. Becoming the person who can hold what they’re calling in.

If you’re ready to embody your manifestations instead of just wishing for them, come join me for a guided meditation.

Message me to secure your spot. Limited spaces available. 🌕🤍

I am proposing two sessions with a minimum number required to secure the session running !
