Ever got to the "f**k it" point?
That moment where you know exactly what you should do...
..and then you don't.
Maybe it's one drink.
Maybe it's one message.
Maybe it's skipping the gym.
Maybe it's spending money you don't have.
Maybe it's saying something you know you'll regret.
We've all had those moments.
The interesting part isn't the decision itself.
It's what happens next.
Too often we turn one judgement lapse into a story about who we are.
"I've blown it now."
"This is just who I am."
"I never change."
But what if it wasn't failure?
What if it was simply a moment?
A moment to become curious instead of critical.
Ask yourself:
What was I trying to escape?
What need was I trying to meet?
What did I hope that decision would give me?
And the biggest question of all...
Did it actually give me what I was looking for?
Growth doesn't come from pretending those moments never happen.
It comes from being honest enough to learn from them.
One judgement lapse doesn't define your future.
Ignoring what it has to teach you might.
Be curious.
Not critical.
That's where real change begins
