We’re excited to share something special happening at Treehouse Retreat in Kaiapoi — a new 6-week block of yoga classes, starting Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st July 2025!
Whether you're new to yoga or ready to reconnect with your practice, these classes are designed to ground, energise, and gently challenge you — all within the calm and nurturing setting of our beautiful Treehouse sanctuary. You'll be part of a beautiful welcoming and connecting community where we know you by name.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect
Each week, you'll enjoy:
Breath-led movement to connect body and mind
Mindful flows and deep stretches to release tension
Guided relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed
We’ll be focusing on building strength, improving flexibility, and creating a little space in the week just for you.

📅 Wednesdays, 6- 7pm ... and Thursdays, 9.30-10.30am and 6-7pm
🗓️ Starts 30 and 31st July – runs for 6 weeks
