We're back for our SECOND Transformation Challenge!
After an amazing challenge last year, we're excited to welcome new and returning participants ready to make positive changes for their health and wellbeing.
This isn't about being perfect—it's about taking that first step, building healthy habits, and having a supportive team cheering you on every step of the way.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve your fitness, lower your blood pressure, lower your blood sugars or simply feel better, this 12-week challenge is for you.

- $20 per person which includes registration fee & 2 full body scans
- We have 2 challenges going our Hey Blokes, No Jokes Transformation Challenge and Hey Ladies, Fierce & Focused Transformation Challenge
- Gather your own team of 4 with your whānau, friends, or workmates - Don't have a team? No worries! Get in touch and we'll help place you in one
- Registrations close Wednesday 5th August - Gather your team of 4 and sign up before it's too late!
- First weigh in Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th August - The journey starts here

Last month we held our annual Men's Health Dinner for Men's Health Awareness Month.🦌🎣
It was a great evening with an awesome turnout, plenty of good kōrero, and inspiring guest speakers who shared their knowledge and experiences.
