1st flu vaccine clinic is next Wednesday 1st of April at the Karamea Health Centre. No charge if you are 65 or or over, $25 for those younger.

Karamea fam, as you may have heard, the New Zealand Nurses Organisation (NZNO) has a planned nurses strike on this week on Tues 2nd and Thursday 4th. This means the Karamea Health Centre will be closed on these days.

As always, if you have an emergency, please call 1 1 1 immediately, emergency services will respond.

You can also call Ka Ora on 0800 252 672 for virtual nurse or doctors appointments.
