I’m in a little bliss bubble right now creating for Inner Rising.

Planning session flow, transitions, sprinkles of different sounds, something special on the handpan, drum & shruti box chants..
The whole Inner Rising journey.

It’s funny, because a year or two after I left school and finished a business administration course (because I was over music at the time and didn’t know what else to do), I applied to study Music & Composition at University.

I didn’t get in. At the time I was really deflated. And although I knew they only accepted a really small intake, it fed into my ‘not good enough’ story.

But here I am - creating in the most free, perfect way. Feeling so blessed, so in my power, and so in the right place.

I can’t wait to gather with you for these Inner Rising sessions 🤍

Welcome to Inner Rising 🔥

This next series is inspired by the qualities of elemental Fire.

Fire is the spark of life within us.
The spark of possibility.
The spark of remembering.

The part of us that knows we’re more than we suppose ourselves to be.

It represents our courage, our confidence, our authentic voice, and knowing our worth.

It’s the part of us that longs to be expressed.

Not through becoming someone new, but through remembering who we truly are.

For many years, I stayed small.
I hid in the background, shrank in the presence of more outgoing people, and often felt disconnected from myself.

My own journey has been one of inner rising.

Little by little, I’ve learned to trust myself more, and show up more fully. The way I see myself has shifted from dimming my light to shining brighter🌟

And that’s what I’ll be holding space for in these sessions.

A gentle remembering.

A return to your own inner flame.

The part of you that knows your worth.
The part of you that trusts your voice.
The part of you that’s ready to emerge.

I'll be returning to Omokoroa, and also playing at a beautiful new venue - House of Wellness in Mt Maunganui.

If you've been craving time to slow down, I'd love to welcome you.

These sessions are a chance to put life on pause for a while, settle into the sounds, and simply receive.

I left the Divine Soul Alignment Retreat at Kula with a very full heart.

Full from sharing what I love.

Full from connecting with a beautiful, welcoming group of women.

Full from feeling deeply aligned with my soul’s calling, and grateful for how much my trust in myself has grown over the past year.

Moments like these remind me how much can unfold when we stop trying to be someone else and simply become more of ourselves 🤍

I think one of the reasons I wanted to create The Resonance Experience… is because actually playing these instruments feels so different to simply receiving sound.

For me, it’s deeply grounding.
It’s the connection I feel with the instrument… the presence it brings.

And while some people feel sound very physically in the body, for me it’s often emotional or energetic.

A remembering.
A belonging.
A way of coming home to myself.

And that’s something I feel really called to share 🤍

I’ve been sitting with this idea for many months now, and it finally feels like the right time to bring it to life.

It’s a space where you can explore sound in a more hands-on, personal way.

A space to play, create, slow down, and notice how different tones and vibrations land in your body… and what begins to open or shift.

A space to come home to yourself.

So I’m really excited to introduce:

✨ The Resonance Experience ✨

A small- group guided interactive sound immersion, limited to 7 people.

Together we’ll explore a range of instruments, experience sound from the inside out, and close with a deeply restorative sound journey to integrate.

Honestly, this already feels so special… my instruments can’t wait to be shared… and I’m excited to see what unfolds from this intimate experience 🤍

A space to melt into calm and softness.. to step away from the busyness and let your whole system unwind.

Supported but the sounds of instruments such as crystal & metal bowls, gong, chimes, native flute, handpan and more - gently guiding you into deep relaxation and connection.
