ey, really lights up my soul. I am a Jewellery Designer & a Crystal & Mineral Expert, founding Your PRANA Mineral Gallery in 2017 - I have been fascinated by minerals since I was young. so I am literally living my dream now! I am also a Movement, Yoga & Rehabilitation Expert, Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritionist, Mindset Coach & lastly, one of my biggest passions is being a Business Mentor. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 & slowly, over the years my skill sets evolved & I am so delighted it has led me to where I am today. I love pursuing education & consider myself a student of life. Now, how did all this magic come to exist? Here is an insight into my journey & how everything came to be as you see it today…

Personal experiences at a young age, led me to fall in love with minerals, business, movement & the intricacies of our health. Along my journey, I have had autoimmune battles, created 4 businesses, earthquakes, moved cities 3 times, had a spinal fusion as well as faced physical & emotional trauma. & now I am stronger & more capable than ever before! These were all gifts, blessings – situations I had to move through to evolve into the person I am today. Events where I learned from my experiences & now, I use my accumulated knowledge to support & inspire others! Seeing the fruits of my journey assist in other people's growth is an incredibly heart-warming experience. Do I let my past experiences limit me? I chose to embrace change. I decided wholeheartedly, that I was going to live the life I desired! Defining all odds placed upon me, making it my life’s mission to continue to do so! Now from taking that path, I have the beautiful ability to guide others to witness their true potential. To find their dharma (life purpose) & live each moment continuing to gradually evolve their highest self. Know, that you are the architect of your own destiny! You have the ability to choose who you surround yourself with, the actions you take & the thoughts you have. You HAVE all the abundance, fire & love within you to do all you desire & more! Know that limitless potential lies within you. If you take anything away from this, please be it that you actively strive to defy all odds placed against you from today forward. Take control of your life. Own your choices, your habits, lifestyle, environment & health. Continually moving toward evolving your energy, raising your consciousness & empowering your soul. Live your life to the fullest, embrace all the leaps & bounds! Breathe deeply, move daily, nourish your mind, body & soul. Be the change you wish to see in the world. Discover your prana (your consciousness & energy) & ignite your dharma (life purpose)! Antoinette x

There is often a quiet moment before a woman changes the way she leads her life.

Nothing is necessarily falling apart.

The business is still running.

The responsibilities are still being handled.

From the outside, everything may still look fine.

But internally, she knows.

She notices that she is constantly busy, yet rarely feels deeply satisfied by what she has achieved.

She feels the weight of decisions that should no longer require so much of her energy.

She catches herself overriding her body because something else always seems more urgent.

She can see that the business may be growing, yet the way she is operating feels heavier than it used to.

And somewhere beneath all of that, she knows something needs to change.

Not because she is failing.

But because she has outgrown the version of success that requires her to keep operating this way.

I have lived this myself.

And I have supported many women as they have recognised it in their own lives and begun leading differently.

The realisation that this may be you can feel uncomfortable.

Especially when the old way still technically works.

Especially when other people may look at your life and think you are doing beautifully.

Especially when you have become so accustomed to being capable that you barely notice how much you are carrying.

But growth is not always about doing more.

Sometimes it is about becoming unavailable for the version of success that drains you.

It is about becoming more intentional about what you carry forward.

What you release.

What you restructure.

And what you are no longer willing to sacrifice simply to keep everything moving.

You do not need to have all the answers immediately.

But you do need to be honest with yourself when the old way no longer fits.

Which of these five signs landed most strongly for you?

You do not need to answer publicly.

But take a moment to notice.

This photo is not about getting likes 👍🏽

There's no stage. No award. No big announcement.

Just me standing in a kitchen preparing food.

Simple. Mundane. Ordinary...

Yet after years of coaching and mentoring people through lifestyle transformations, I've noticed something 🤔

The moments that create the biggest change rarely look impressive while they're happening.

They look like preparation...

They look like discipline...

They look like choosing the harder option when nobody is watching...

- The walk.

- The meal.

- The glass of water.

- The early night.

- The uncomfortable conversation.

- The promise you keep to yourself.

✨️ One of the things I teach my clients is this:

The behaviours you repeat most often create the fastest results.

Not because they're always the biggest actions.

But because they have the most opportunities to compound.

People often assume exercise is where they should start.

Exercise matters 🏃‍♀️

But how many times do you exercise each week compared to how many times you eat, make decisions, respond to stress, or speak to yourself?

For many people, the fastest transformation comes from improving the behaviours they repeat most often.

As someone who has had to rebuild habits, routines, businesses, and confidence more than once, I can tell you this:

Motivation rarely comes first...

➡️ Action comes first.

➡️ Then momentum.

➡️ Then results.

Then motivation ✅️

Most people are waiting to feel ready...

The people who create lasting change, start before they feel ready.

Success is built in the decisions we make long before anyone sees the outcome.

One small choice, repeated often enough, can change the direction of an entire life.

What's one small choice you've made recently that your future self will thank you for?

Your next level does not need more discipline.

And I do not say that lightly.

I have been in business for 20 years.

I have worked through the evolutions.

The roadblocks.

The staffing challenges.

The seasons where the vision was clear, but the path towards it was anything but straightforward.

I have worked in person and online.

Nationally and internationally.

Across products and services.

I have watched the way we operate change from paper-based systems to computers, digital platforms, and now AI.

And through every stage, discipline has mattered.

Focused time has mattered.

Knowing my why has mattered.

Holding the vision when things became difficult has mattered.

But there comes a point in business where more discipline is no longer the full answer.

Because if every decision still comes back to you...

If every task requires your input...

If your team cannot move confidently without your approval...

If the business slows down the moment you step away...

Then you do not need to become better at carrying everything.

You need to change the structure.

I understand how easy it is to become the person holding every thread.

You know the standards.

You know the vision.

You know how to solve the problems.

And because you are capable, you keep finding a way.

But being capable of carrying everything does not mean your next level should require you to.

You are not failing.

You may simply be standing at the edge of a new chapter in your leadership.

One that calls for clearer priorities.

Stronger systems.

Better boundaries.

Defined ownership.

And a business model that supports your life rather than quietly consuming it.

This is not about stepping away from the business you have worked so hard to build.

It is about leading it differently.

If your business still depends too heavily on you, send me the word STRUCTURE privately.

I will send you three questions to help you identify where to begin.

12/06/2026

If a weekend off never feels like enough, the problem may not be your ability to rest.

Your life may have slowly become structured around carrying too much.

Too many decisions.

Too many responsibilities.

Too many things sitting quietly in the background of your mind, waiting for your attention.

And because you are capable, you keep finding a way to hold it all.

You keep showing up.

You keep solving the problems.

You keep making sure everyone else is okay.

And then, when your body finally tells you it is exhausted, you treat that exhaustion like a personal failure.

As though you need to become more disciplined.

More productive.

Better at coping.

But being capable does not mean you are meant to operate under constant pressure.

And being able to carry everything does not automatically mean you should.

There comes a point where another quiet weekend, another early night, or another attempt to push through is not the full solution.

Sometimes, you need to look honestly at the way your life has been structured.

What are you carrying because it genuinely belongs to you?

What are you holding because you have become the person everyone relies upon?

What are you continuing to manage simply because you know you can?

And what could begin to feel lighter if you stopped treating your exhaustion as something to overcome and started seeing it as information?

You do not need to become better at recovering from a life that is asking too much of you.

You may need to begin building differently.

What is one thing you are carrying right now that no longer needs to be yours alone?

You do not need to answer publicly.

But be honest with yourself ♥️

12 years ago today, this photo was taken just hours after my anterior spinal fusion surgery at L5–S1.

At the time, survival felt like the priority.

What I didn’t realise then, was that this chapter would completely reshape the woman I would eventually become.

What people saw was surgery. What they didn’t see was everything surrounding it.

The years of severe spinal issues. Debilitating abdominal and pelvic pain. Nervous system exhaustion. Physical and emotional fatigue.

There were seasons where I felt deeply disconnected from my own body.
.Then came the long process afterwards.

Learning how to walk and move properly again. Learning how to trust my body again. Learning that healing is never just physical.

That chapter changed my life in more ways than I can explain.

It’s a huge part of why I became so deeply immersed in health, movement, rehabilitation, nervous system regulation, coaching, and human performance.

Because once you’ve lived through pain like that, you stop viewing people superficially.

You begin to understand that many people are carrying battles silently beneath the surface.

And honestly… most of the rebuilding happened quietly.

Not through huge breakthroughs. Not through dramatic moments.

But through small decisions repeated consistently over time.

One movement at a time. One breath at a time. One day at a time.

12 years later, I carry a very different relationship with my body now.

One built on listening instead of fighting. Respect instead of punishment. Awareness instead of force.

That journey taught me a version of resilience I never understood before.

Not the kind that glorifies endlessly pushing through pain.

But the kind that learns when to soften. Adapt. Rest. Reconnect. Begin again.

I think that’s part of why meaning matters so deeply to me now.

Because some seasons of life completely reshape you.

And if you allow them to they can deepen your compassion, awareness, and understanding of what it truly means to heal.

Today, more than anything, I just feel grateful.

Healing is rarely linear. Growth is rarely loud.

And some of the strongest people you will ever meet are quietly rebuilding themselves every single day.

Some women carry entire worlds and still somehow make it look graceful.

Today isn’t just about motherhood.

It’s about the women who hold homes, businesses, families, communities, relationships, and visions together - often all at once.

The women making decisions no one else sees.

The women carrying responsibility, emotion, pressure, love, and leadership quietly behind the scenes.

And still… they continue to rise.

There is strength in that.

Not loud strength. Not force.

But the kind of strength that keeps showing up.

The kind that keeps creating. The kind that keeps leading with heart, even when the weight feels heavy.

So today is a reminder to honour the woman you are becoming alongside everything you hold for everyone else.

The leader. The mother. The mentor. The protector. The creator. The nurturer. The visionary.

You are allowed to grow while still being deeply present. You are allowed to evolve while still holding your people with love. You are allowed to be supported too.

And as you step into this next season…

May it feel more spacious. More aligned. More supported. More deeply connected to the life you are creating and the woman you are becoming.

You do not need to carry everything alone to be powerful.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who lead with love 🙏🏽

For the women who gave, even when no one saw it.

The women who held everything together.
The women who nurtured.
The women who protected.
The women who stayed soft in a world that asked them to harden.

Today is for you.

For the biological mothers.
The stepmothers.
The bonus mums.
The aunties.
The grandmothers.
The women who became safe spaces for children who weren’t biologically theirs.

For the women longing to become mothers.
For the women who have experienced loss, miscarriage, or heartbreak along the journey.
For the women carrying silent grief while still showing up for everyone around them.

For the teachers.
The mentors.
The guides.
The women whose love, wisdom, and care have shaped lives in ways they may never fully realise.

Motherhood is not always defined by biology.
Sometimes it is defined by presence.
By nurturing.
By sacrifice.
By the way someone makes others feel safe, seen, and deeply loved.

Today, we honour that.

We hope you are being held gently today.

Spoiled.
Appreciated.

Wrapped in love by your whānau and the people around you.

And if no one has told you lately:

What you give matters.
Who you are matters.

The love you carry leaves a legacy far beyond what you can see.

Happy Mother’s Day, beautiful wāhine ♥️
