There are FREE support available if you, your friends, or whanau have thought about quitting smoking. We know the journey to quitting isn't easy or not the same for everyone which is why accessing support is so important. Our health improvement practitioners and health coaches offer tree appointments to our enrolled patients.

Flu vaccines are still available

The flu vaccine is free 🆓for many eligible patients aged 6 months and older, including:

✔️Pregnant people
✔️Adults aged 65+
✔️People with certain long-term health conditions
✔️Some tamariki with respiratory illness history
✔️People with serious mental health and addiction conditions

If you’re not eligible for a funded vaccine, you can still receive your flu vaccine with us for a small fee. To book your flu vaccination, please contact the practice 📲to make an appointment with one of our nurses.
