We begin with a brief consultation to understand your scalp concerns, hair type, and wellness goals.

2. Scalp Assessment✨️
Your scalp is assessed to identify its current condition so your treatment can be tailored to your needs.

3. Double Cleanse✨️
Your hair and scalp are cleansed twice using personalised OWAY products. The first cleanse removes product build-up, excess oil, and impurities, while the second cleanse deeply refreshes and balances the scalp.

4. Conditioning Scalp Massage✨️
A personalised OWAY conditioner is applied while you enjoy a slow, soothing scalp massage to help release stress, encourage healthy circulation, rebalance the scalp, and deeply nourish your hair.

5. Warm Water Therapy✨️
Warm water gently flows over the scalp, creating a calming, spa-like experience while helping you unwind.

6. Steam Treatment✨️
A steam-infused OWAY nourishing mask deeply hydrates and nourishes the scalp and hair.

7. Rinse✨️
The nourishing treatment is gently rinsed away, leaving your scalp feeling refreshed and your hair soft, clean, and revitalised.

8. Warm Towel Finish✨️
We finish with a comforting warm towel to leave you feeling relaxed, grounded, and completely refreshed.

9. Wellness Tea✨️
