To my lovely clients,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your continued support, trust and for choosing me for your massage treatments. I really appreciate it! ❤️

I’m off to Japan 🇯🇵✈️ to spend some much-needed time with my family and friends, so I’ll be taking a little break and enjoying some time away.

I’ll be back to work from 20th October onwards.

While I’m away, Suzy will be looking after my clients. She offers relaxation and deep tissue massage, so if you’re feeling like a massage while I’m away, please give the clinic a call on 09-431-5282 to check her availability.

And if you have a HealingCare massage voucher you’d like to use while I’m away, just contact the clinic and they’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

Taking care of the person who takes care of others 💛

Sometimes new clients ask me,

“Do you get massages yourself?”

My answer is always YES! 😊

I have a wonderful friend who is also a massage therapist, and every month we exchange treatments. I go to her clinic, lie on her massage table, switch off, and often drift off to sleep. Then she comes to my clinic, hops onto my massage table, and enjoys a well-deserved snooze too. 💛

As massage therapists, we spend our days caring for others, but it’s just as important that we look after ourselves. Experiencing massage regularly reminds me how it feels to be the client—allowing me to continue giving the best care I can.

One of my favourite things is seeing my clients smile when they read my little chalkboard outside.

A few even stop and say, “Winter special!?” 😄

It always makes me smile too.

Sometimes, all we need is one hour to switch off, breathe, and feel like we’ve had a little holiday.

Looking after my own body is just as important as looking after my clients 😊

This is one of the stretches I do each morning before work. I also spend a few minutes doing other stretches, exercises, or yoga to prepare my body for the day ahead.

I just wanted to share this with you. Whether you work at a desk or simply feel a little stiff, taking a few minutes to move your body each day can make a real difference. 💛

The answer is yes! I’m generally available from 9am to 7pm during the week, including some evening appointments.

If evenings work best for you, I recommend booking ahead so you can secure your preferred day and time before those spots fill up. Looking forward to seeing you soon 🤍
