Happy Spring lovely ones! 🌱

Well, it's been 6 months since I've shared anything here, so I thought it might be a good time to check in, say hello, and let you know that yes, I'm still here! Quiet on social media, but very much alive and well. 😊

I moved to Māpua in March to see how my business would go for me here, and it's been such a blessing to have been booked up each week since arriving, while welcoming an influx of wonderful new clients to flow with.

It's made landing here feel so supported. And not only has it been good for business, it's also been so lovely for my son and I to enjoy the luxuries of being beside the ocean - sunrises and sunsets, bike rides down to the wharf, ferry trips to Rabbit Island, and all the real fruit ice cream demands of a 3-year-old! 😅🍦

I'm deeply grateful that I listened to the pull towards the ocean and trusted the leap of faith required to make it all happen. I knew when we moved to Grossi Point that it would be a temporary place until November, and while that came with some nervousness knowing we'd have to move again, I trusted the process.

Sometimes stepping stones are required, and if we can remain flexible and adaptable, the path has a funny way of unfurling before us when the time is right...

Once again, I've been very fortunate to have found our next abode for November - and I'll be able to run my business from there too! Hooray! 🙌

So... in 6 weeks' time, Light Within Wellness will be moving AGAIN, but hopefully this time we'll be sinking down some roots for a while.

I'll be just 5 minutes away in *RUBY BAY*, and easily accessible from Māpua, Motueka and the surrounding areas.

I'm really looking forward to creating a beautiful space there over time and continuing to offer the same nourishing, holistic bodywork that so many of you have trusted me with over the last 6 years in Tasman Bay.

If you've been meaning to book in, perhaps this is your little nudge that yes, I'm still here and welcoming clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at the moment.

Here's to new seasons, new spaces and trusting where the path leads us. ✨

Todays full moon brings some good news!
I'm excited to share that Light Within Wellness will be moving to Māpua in a few weeks!

The ocean is calling🌊🩵
This beautiful view is just steps away from my new office space and home so you can tie in your massage with a swim or paddle at Grossi Point or enjoy what Māpua has to offer before or after your session.

Light Within Wellness has been based in Motueka since 2020 and it's now time for a change. Life is asking me to upgrade at the moment and I am listening! 🎶 ✨
️Thankfully it's only 20mins away 🤭

Sessions booked from March 24th onwards will be in the new office space in Māpua.
Looking forward to being of service in a new community!

I'm so glad to be back in my office today doing sessions as I've been off sick for nearly 2 weeks and what a relief to feel alive again! And to be able to give again. Phew! It's such medicine for my soul to share this work.

I've had one of those days when I feel I should be paying my clients instead of them paying me! That's a lovely feeling and I know it's a good sign that I'm still currently in the right career 😊

Winter sickness finally got the best of me! I was knocked down hard yesterday and had to take today off unfortunately, but thankfully I could at least do some background work while I heal up...Laundry! A must-do.
I sometimes wonder, in the 18 or 19 years of doing massages HOW MANY SHEETS have I washed and dried?!
A bazillion. That's how many.
Strangely, I still enjoy the process.
Especially on a winters day with cool fresh air doing all the work.

Stay healthy out there my friends, and enjoy this incredibly beautiful time of the year when little buds are budding all around, promising the burst of new life for our eyes to relish in.
I'm grateful for these final winter days 🙏 😇
