Some thoughts running round my head today. Do we see each other? Or do we just pass with pleasantries in the street. How many times have you asked someone how they are and they answer with "Can't complain"? The standing joke is because no one listens.

How sobering is that? No one listens...

Some times it is not even about what the other person says, it can be listening to your own intuition, when they say these words. If you then hear. What do you do?? Do you walk and go not my problem I have enough of my own? DO you stop and give the person something that you will never get back, but can be really precious to you and them.. Your time.

Do you sense when someone is in trouble? do you follow up on the feeling? or just think they will come to you if they need something? Sometimes the hardest thing to do is ask for help.

Oh I know everyone says I will always be there all you have to do is ask. Have you been too busy when someone asked, been to this or that to go out of your way to help? Or have you dropped what you doing and stepped in to help, to lend a hand, a shoulder, given freely of your time? After all we are all busy we all have something to do.

Just a few thoughts running round my head to today. Some past memories, some triggers to day to make me think while standing in the kitchen preparing food for preserving.

Spread your wings and show your true colours like the first butterfly, let your beauty shine.
