Koha Chiro is cancelled this Friday, 31st July.

We are so sorry to have to cancel this upcoming clinic, it is the first time in 5 years we have had to do this.

Due to a number of practitioners who are either unwell or injured, we cannot facilitate this clinic.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

We do look forward to seeing you at our next clinic on Friday, 20th of November.

On the weekend, Ben and Isaac flew down to Christchurch for the New Zealand Chiropractic Association's Annual Conference.

The theme this year was 'Chiropractic Neurology'. 🧠
The presenters included 2 orthopaedic spinal surgeon's discussing various aspects of surgical intervention and when and how chiropractic can assist in patient rehabilitation, and ideally working with patients in a preventative manner to avoid the need for surgery in the first place!

There was an expert paediatric chiropractor from the UK discussing the neurology of crying/fussing/colic in infants and recent changes happening in that space and neurodevelopment of a child's brain, and chiropractic's role in helping facilitate smoother reaching of particular milestones.

Ben was also honoured to be presented with the inaugural 'GC' (great chiropractor) award! This was presented to him by Dr Cass Fairest, the president of the Chiropractic Association for 'recognising excellence in everyday practice'.

We're not just saying that because that's where all of our chiropractors (past and present) have studied, but when you look at the requirements needed to graduate, and the standards we need to meet, they are heads and tails above other places around the world.
