Everything’s better with a training buddy, so from now until Sunday 2nd August, your friend can train for FREE at Evolve.

Here’s how it works:

• Bring a friend to the gym
• Your friend signs the honesty sheet at reception.
• Enjoy a workout together or bring them along to one of our group fitness classes.
• Your friend trains for FREE until Sunday 2nd August.

Tag the friend you’d bring and make a plan

Just a heads up around staffed hours and classes over the weekend at Evolve 👇🏽

All classes are running as normal tomorrow (Friday):
6am Fusion XT with Baylee ✔️
9am Fusion XT with Baylee ✔️

Saturday:
8am Pump is still on ✔️
No 9am Class ❌

Monday (1st June):
No 6am class ❌
9am Fusion with Narnz ✔️
5:30pm Pump with Linda ✔️

Even with the long weekend make sure you keep moving, stay active, and look after yourself. Get outside and spend some quality time with your whānau.

The gym remains open 24/7 for members as always, see you in the gym team 💚
