Last night Lisa and I held Women's Circle in Methven.

Imagine just being able to speak freely about anything, and not be interrupted by anyone.

🌻 There is no pressure to speak.
🌻 No expectations.
🌻 No judgement.
🌻 No advice.

Women holding space for other women without any distractions so you feel truly seen, heard and accepted.

It takes courage to show up and BE in a space trying something new, but we guarantee your heart and soul will thank you 😊 🙏 ❤

My happy place today - pack walk this morning and an individual walk this afternoon 🐕🌳

I am so blessed to have had amazing people assist me on my path to date and who are currently now in support roles.

I get regular support to help me express the continuing highest version of myself so I can support animals and people with my abilities - the gift is being able to share them.

I recognised years ago that the more authentic version we are of ourselves, we can be the more we assist others and the world.

I see high value in a high vibe support and friendship network where we all get to be more authentic with each interaction.

Not better, just more authentic ... sometimes that authenticity is a complete letting go (aka meltdown!) sometimes it's the space holding for this to happen.

I looked ahead at the energies of 2023 and engaged a mentor for myself and my business for the March / April period - astrologically a period of redefining of self and rebirth of presence in the world.

1:1 mentoring is an amazing experience - so much growth in a short space of time! Even just the 2 weeks I had. 👩‍💻

Challenging too as the intense container of growth and accountability brings up loooooottttttts of things!!

Sunday 19th February Yoga With Lisa and I hosted our first Yin and Reiki event for the year.

A new venue for us locally in Methven venue was wonderful.

10 souls gave themselves 2 hours of life-space to be guided into shapes and to be supported by Reiki to deepen the experience.

April 23rd is our next offering.
