A huge thank you to the men who gave up their time and allowed themselves to be vulnerable with me. My hope in sharing this series is to help normalise ‘real talk’ for men. We are all human, life can be hard sometimes, and there is real strength in opening up and letting others in. If even one person feels less alone because of these conversations, it’s worth it. Looking forward to sharing the chats.

With June being Men’s Mental Health Month, I have teamed up with SARAH SIMPSON THERAPY to do a giveaway for men. I also have got together with a bunch of epic local men for some chats and I cannot wait to share them with you.

Let’s help normalise men talking. We are all human with a need for connection and a safe space to be heard. It absolutely is not weak to speak 🫶🏽

Some of you may remember the story I shared last month of meeting Linda while volunteering for Waipuna Hospice … Linda is a hospice patient and as someone experiencing a terminal illness, she loved the sound of OAN DAE and saw a real need for it. Linda is also a journalist and she kindly connected me with her friend, who then interviewed me.

Isn’t it incredible what some conversations and connections can lead to 😉🥰

I’m very grateful to have help to spread the word. Oan Dae isn’t just a business to me. It’s something I’m very passionate about ❤️
