The time has come where I am about to say goodbye to Bodywise. It’s been my baby for the past nearly 5 years but I am moving on to a new but exciting chapter.

I firstly want to express my gratitude towards all of my amazing clients who have been coming to be for a long time, some as far back as 2016 when I first started massage. It’s been a privilege being a part of all of your individual journeys and I thank you for your support in mine. You know who you are 🫶🏼

The tibialis anterior is the largest muscle in the front of your shin. It pulls your foot upward, tilts your foot so the sole faces inside, tilts your foot outward and stabilises the ankle as your foot hits the ground while walking/running.

Overworked shin and calf muscles can result in a tight ant tib! Getting soft tissue work and trigger point therapy can help relieve tightness and/or pain! 🙌🏼
