Last night, we worked with Archetypes ⚡️
Powerful symbolic aspects of self.
Things we often repress.
Energy that doesn't get much space to breathe.

Everyone got to choose 2 different archetypes to work with, a process of feeling the energy and having a conversation with that part of you.

It's a process that challenges your ability to trust yourself and to receive.
