We have a limited supply of Fluad Quad (an advanced flu vaccine) still available for the 2026 Flu season.

As we age, our immune system's ability to respond to vaccines by making protective antibodies declines. This means that as we age we might not be as well protected against the flu by a vaccination.

Advances in influenza vaccine development, has given the flu shot a boost in effectiveness (compared with the standard flu vaccine) in people aged 50 years and over by adding an adjuvant to the vaccine. In the context of vaccines, an adjuvant is an extra ingredient added to the vaccine to enhance the body's immune response.

FLUAD is unfunded, a charge will apply.

RSV is a major cause of winter hospitalisations.

The Arexvy vaccine helps to reduce severe respiratory illness from RSV for up to 3 RSV seasons.

It is a one-off non-funded vaccine recommended for those 60+ or aged 50-50 with risk factors (asthma, COPD, diabetes, CHF).
