This intention was born on the top of a hill amongst Puriri trees in New Zealand. Our Vision:
Life is precious and our natural state is one of joy and ease. Blocages to those two truths can easily be removed with determiation (sankalpa), perseverance in practice (abhyasa) and detachment (vairagya). Our Mission:
Offer skills and services that support everyone to reach this natural stat

e and participate to a thriving world of equality and sustainability. Our Skills:
Over the years and around the world, Pauline studied Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, Reiki, Massage, Yoga, but also Permaculture and Eco-Village design. Individuality, collectivity and nature are all part of our being alive. All these aspects should be in check if we want to express our full potential and thrive no matter the circumstances. Pauline's work encompasses a holistic approach to the mind, the body, the environment and the spirit. Many roads leads to Rome. Such nature has made all of us very special individual. There is no one size fits all in this journey, nor in the delivery of these services. Check our services tab to see full description of what we can offer. Au fil des années et à travers le monde, Pauline à étudié la psychologie clinique, la psychothérapie, le reiki, le massage, le yoga, mais aussi la permaculture et le design d’éco-village. L’individualité, la collectivité et l’environnement font partie de notre “être en vie”. Chacun de ces aspects devraient être considéré et équilibré si nous voulons exprimer notre plein potentiel et rencontrer le succès, quelles que soient les circonstances. L’approche de Pauline est holistique et considère la psychologie, le corps, l’environnement et la spiritualité. Tous les chemins mènent à Rome, une destination, diverses routes. Mère nature à fait de chacun de nous un individu singulier et extraordinaire dans notre spécificité. Il n’y a pas qu’une seule et unique recette dans ce parcours, c’est pourquoi nous délivrons un service individualisé. The Mabon Equinox is upon us. Prepare with a 90 minute themed class including Hatha asanas, nidra (guided relaxation), pranayama (breath work) and a short meditation. We will focus on grounding, balance, immunity, completion and preparing to go inward.
Tuesday March 17th at 7.15pm @ Yippie Yopi Yoga Studio in Onekawa, Napier. Koha donation.

We're at it again :)
This workshop is intended as a reset. There will be 4 sessions of 90 minutes each week which will include: an introduction using personal development tools (intention setting and phrasing, gratitude and joy practices); yoga posture for stress relief to prepare the body to receive the benefits of yoga nidra practice; 50/60 minutes of yoga nidra. This will be a closed group so there will be no newcomers after the first session. Each session will have a different introduction practice and yoga nidra journey.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to consciously relax, it is a state of dynamic sleep. Similarly to meditation, both hemisphere of your brain communicate during yoga nidra.
In practice, you will be lying down on your back in shavasana, the co**se pose, and Pauline will guide you through a systematic relaxation, moving your awareness inward. Your body will be completely relaxed while you remain deeply aware.
The Yoga Nidra state will induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Other benefits include improved sleep, memory and creativity and the possibility to transform one’s nature by the use of the Sankalpa – an intention. It is like compost for a seed of intention to be planted in the mind for personal growth and spiritual development. Yoga Nidra is an aspect of Pratyahara - the withdrawal of the senses and the 5th limb of Raja Yoga.
