How are we almost in October?! This year is flying by!

We have some really exciting events happening next month:

- Qigong with Alison Kay (beginners class) on Tuesdays from 11am to 12pm 💫

- Kelly MacNeill has her osteopathy clinic on the 10th and 11th of October 💆‍♀️

- Marie Adachi & Nikki Fitzgerald have their spring yoga workshop on the 11th from 09:30-11:30 🧘‍♀️

- Rasa Ayurveda and Yoga is planning a 6-week Aryuvedic workshop starting in October 🌿
Rati’s yoga classes will also be changing from a Monday to a Tuesday so keep an eye on our calendar for this change.

- KOKORO heart space retreat with Soul Awakening Healing & Yoga with Minami and Marie on the 25th of October 🩷
