Our resident Gardening Club is thriving, thanks to the dedication of wonderful volunteers who continue to nurture and care for the village garden. 🍋

This season has brought an impressive crop of lemons and limes, along with plenty of fresh vegetables and colourful flowers. More than just a productive garden, it’s a place where residents can connect with nature, share gardening tips, and enjoy the rewards of working together.

We’re thrilled to share that Coastal View Lifestyle Village has been named winner of the Hawkins Multi Unit Residential Property Award at the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards for the Yacht Club and Stage 4 (A/B/D) independent houses.

This is a special recognition of the care, design and teamwork behind Coastal View — from beautiful homes to shared spaces that bring people together every day. The Yacht Club sits at the heart of the village, creating a place to connect, relax and enjoy life by the coast.

A huge thank you and congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. We’re incredibly proud of what’s been created and what it means for our community in Nelson.
