Introducing...the Fourth Trimester Parents Group 🥰

The transition into parenthood is powerful – and it can feel like a lot. This 10-week course is designed to support you through your fourth trimester with care, connection and evidence-based guidance.

Each session will include a parenting topic, honest kōrero and space for you to bring questions or chat – refreshments included.
