In the Body Intelligence training, we learn many skills, but one of the deepest layers is the development of a healing approach — the ability to sense what the body needs and how to provide a safe space for integration, release, and return to balance.

They are abilities that go far beyond simply doing techniques. These are subtle yet profound qualities that allow us to:
