If you spot a very charming kitty outside our clinic… that’s Lucky! 🐈‍⬛🐾 He lives in the neighbourhood and visits us every single morning for his treat — a true creature of habit.

Even though we can’t let him inside (despite patient requests), Lucky has absolutely appointed himself as an unofficial member of staff, not to mention the head of the patient welcoming committee. He loves greeting people as they arrive, keeping an eye on the front steps, and wandering off again once his “shift” is done, pleased that you're getting your regular skin checks.

He’s become a real favourite among our patients — a bright little moment in the day that people genuinely look forward to. So don’t be surprised if you get a furry hello from Lucky at your next appointment! 👋🐈‍⬛🥰
