Late last year I set up a bokashi system to collect food waste from the office. This week .kate and set a challenge to see how much food waste could be composted in a week.
This started a conversation in our neighborhood and now 2 of us are planning to alternate collection 💗🌱
Today we collected 2 full bokashi buckets and 1 for the compost.
Approx 18 kg all up!
