From my very first Reiki treatment I believed it worked.
Recent, ongoing events in my life have proven Reiki works. My nervous system is so much calmer, I have more clarity, I do not react in ways I would have in the past. I have learnt to bring love into a situation rather than judgement. I know I am being tested by the universe and that's ok.

And on a slightly different topic I am becoming a lot braver about being seen, and sharing my gifts. Gifts that I wouldn't have even discovered if I hadn't found Reiki. I am so grateful.
