Friday 21 August 1-2pm Free Friday Wellness Presentation – Dr Stuart Bramhall “The Health Effects of Microplastics from Dental Products” The health effects of microplastics from plastic packaging, kitchenware and personal care products receives major popular attention. Not so the absorption of microplastics from plastic oral health care products, such as toothbrushes and dental floss. Recent studies reveal people absorb as many as 300 microplastic particles every time they brush. This presentation will look at research linking microplastics to inflammation, oxidative stress, cancer and respiratory and cardiovascular disease and non-plastic toothbrush and dental floss alternatives.

Monday 17 August 10am-1pm – Miriam Stewart Somatic energy therapy is a hands on treatment; a blend of Reiki, craniosacral therapy, & soul coaching. She also offers heart medicine of cacao & card readings and Breathwork.

1:30-5:30pm Peter Marra Acupuncture works by employing tiny needles to increase energy flow (Qi) through meridians (pathways) connecting specific organs.

Tuesday 18 August 10am-1pm – Rebecca Hallinder Massage Therapist focused on relaxation, pain and stress release. As an experienced Pilates instructor also offers coaching on movement patterns and breathing.

2-5pm Dennis Carswell Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) uses non-invasive low-frequency sound waves and gentle vibrations delivered through the body to promote deep relaxation and wellbeing.

Wednesday 19 August 10am-1pm – Pamela Carpenter Clinical Nutritionist working with diet, movement and somatic therapy, supporting clients through nutrition, resistance training, yoga and nervous system regulation.

Thursday 20 August 10am-1pm – Jade Ngatai – Mirimiri practice is grounded in a deep understanding and supportive approach that welcomes all walks of life. She is dedicated, genuine and profoundly empathetic, which creates a space where individuals feel seen, valued and nurtured in body, mind and spirit. Mirimiri is a traditional Māori healing practice applying targeted pressure to the body through various techniques to release tension, alleviate pain, and promote overall well-being.
