Additionally as a Natural Health Consultant Leah has aligned herself with a unique range of products that act as "activators" both topically and within your body to bring about optimal health and wellbeing. Leah not only offers individual sessions but also fosters community through events such as Somatic Sound Journeys, women's circles and collaborating with other likeminded facilitators, bringing transformation and connection. Leah is passionate about supporting holistic growth and self-care. SOMATIC INQUIRY | 6-WEEK WOMEN’S GROUP

What if you simply gave yourself some space to listen?

Most of us spend a lot of time in our heads thinking, planning, doing and getting on with things.

Somatic Inquiry is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your body.

Through Somatic Dance, intuitive movement, breath and meditation, we’ll explore a different theme each week and notice what arises through the body.

We’ll explore patterns, conditioning and beliefs that may be influencing how we move through life, and create space to experience them differently.

There’s no choreography.
No dance experience needed.
No right or wrong way to move.

You can be still, expressive, curious, playful or quiet. You’re invited to find your own way of moving and listening.

Each session begins and ends in circle, giving us time to arrive together, connect and share something of our experience.

This is a closed six-week group, rather than a drop-in class, so we can build trust and connection and allow the work to deepen over the term.

Come explore movement, breath, meditation and connection - all woven into a transformative weekly guided Somatic Dance journey for women.
No choreographed steps, just your intuitive movement.
No experience needed

We gather at the Kaitake Community Sports Hub overlooking the Oakura river mouth and ocean - a perfect place to drop into the body and return to your innate wisdom. A closed group with a commitment to the full 6 weeks.
